San Antonio International Airport

San Antonio International is a typical mid-size U.S. airport, served by all major domestic carriers to hub cities. The only unusual traffic is that from Mexican carriers, owing to the city's large Mexican population. Due to its close proximity to DFW and Houston hubs it is not dominated by any one carrier. San Antonio was served by Southwest from day one and continues to be the largest player there.

Northwest Airlines A-320 New Look

Northwest Airlines introduced its first new look since 1989 with this simplified look. The new livery doesn't photograph well but in person looks pretty sharp with a silver fuselage ala Virgin Atlantic.

Delta Airlines 737-200

Now that the 727's are gone, next on the retirement list for Delta are the elderly 737-200s.


Fed-X Airbus A-310

Fed-X operates the only regularly scheduled widebody service out of SAT with 767s and A-310s.
